My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Omar. After much research trying to find the best vehicle for our family, we bought a 2012 Honda Pilot. We live 7 hours from ENE Motors and I had a ton of questions. Omar kindly spent the time making sure all my questions were answered. Any questions that arose were resolved. There was a missing plastic piece from the back of seat, he offered to order it right away. He was upfront and honest. He made the purchase of the vehicle quick and easy. Omar explained all the ins and outs of options. We arrived closer to closing and he stayed after hours to get everything situated for us. Going forward we will be making a 7 hour trip to buy a vehicle from ENE Motors and work with Omar.

We made an appointment to look at a Honda Pilot. When we arrived at 9 AM, the car was cleaned and parked out front, ready to go. Omar, our salesman, was not pushy. He had the paperwork ready to go quickly. Another employee switched our plates as we waited. In removing the window paperwork, a bit of tape was left on the window. Omar asked the employee to come back and scrape off the tape before we drove off. This is all for a 2012 Pilot!!! All the attention to detail and customer service made this purchase great.

He answered all my questions and then some. You can’t go wrong. ENE Motors also has a full repair shop on top of there awesome dealership!!

This was one of the easiest transactions that I have ever encountered. My husband went and communicated with Omar on numbers / trade in values / etc while I was working and I was able to run over on lunch to test drive and then they were able to finish everything out. The truck was ready to go quickly and we drove away with the truck later the same day. Omar was not your typical salesperson that was pushing you to do something you were not comfortable but really there to provide you with facts. Overall the process the fantastic and I would assure you that we will look to make future purchases!
